The free version of Inventor HSM does not need any product key or serial number. So I'm surprised that it would be prompting you for anything. OK, thanks. If you have license to Inventor HSM Premium, then you should have a product key to use with it via the accounts page manage. If not, and you want to use the free version, I'd suggest uinstalling what you have, and install the build that's made available via the link you posted above, which won't ask you for a product key or serial number.
